Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Riie, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If for any reason, you need to cancel your order or initiate a return, we’ve outlined our policies below to ensure a smooth process.

Order Cancellation

  1. Before Shipment
    • You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To do so, simply go to your order in the My Orders section and select Cancel.
    • If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund of your payment via the original mode of payment.
  2. After Shipment
    • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse delivery of the product when it arrives. Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate a refund.

Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you can return most items within the return window as per the guidelines below:

  1. Eligibility for Return

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Certain products like personal care items or customized products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
    • Return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery through the My Orders section of your account.
  2. Process for Return

    • Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and click on Return next to the relevant product.
    • Follow the instructions to schedule a return pickup.
    • We will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location. In case a pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the item back to us.
  3. Refunds

    • Once the returned item passes our quality check, we will process the refund.
    • Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days of receiving the item and will be credited to the original mode of payment or as store credit.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or as store credit, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and hygiene products.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" in the product description.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to availability of the requested item. Follow the same steps as returns for exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

Refund Timelines

  • Original Payment Mode: 5-7 business days after quality check.
  • Bank Transfers for COD Orders: 7-10 business days.
  • Store Credit: Instant once the return is processed.
